地方高校突发事件应对机制评价研究

Research on the Evaluation to Emergency Response Mechanisms of Local Universities

突发事件应对管理是当前地方高校管理的一个重要方面,为进一步健全地方高校突发事件应对机制,对地方高校突发事件应对机制的量化评价就显得非常重要。文章从三方面,为量化评价地方高校突发事件应对机制的效力提供了一种思路和方法。

The emergency management is an important aspect of local universities management at present.The quantitative evaluation of emergency response mechanisms becomes very important for further improving the management level in emergency management in local universities.This paper first analyzes the importance of evaluation of emergency response mechanisms in the local universities,then puts forward fuzzy comprehensive evaluation based on the fuzzy evaluation and expert group evaluation,and finally demonstrates the specific application of this method to emergency response mechanisms in local universities.The purpose of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is to provide method for effective quantitative evaluation of emergency response mechanism in local universities.
