教学督导工作作为高校教学质量控制体系中的一个重要组成部分,已日益引起各高校的重视。文章通过对当前高校督导工作中存在问题的分析,提出突出督导工作的地位、建立完善的教学督导机制、构建教学督导职能新格局、建立专兼职结合的督导队伍的对策建议,以期进一步促进高等教育教学质量的提高。

Instructional supervision,as a significant part of the control system of teaching quality of higher education,has attracted more and more attention from colleges and universities.In this essay,some solutions and strategies will be put forward to deal with problems existing in the performance of instructional supervision,which is expected to improve the teaching quality of higher education.
