摘要
【目的】采用荧光定量RTPCR法检测手足口病患儿病原,并对手足口病临床特点分析。【方法】利用荧光定量PCR核酸检测试剂盒对,临床诊断手足口病的咽拭子、粪便标本32份进行总肠道病毒和EV71、CoxA16检测,并对所致的临床特点分析。【结果】在32份样本中,肠道病毒通用核酸阳性22份,肠道EV71病毒核酸阳性10份,其他肠道病毒核酸阳性12份,无CoxA16核酸阳性;EV71与其他肠道病毒的早期临床特点和辅助检查结果基本相同。【结论】荧光定量RT-PCR法可早期对手足口病的病原学诊断,不同病原早期临床特点和辅助检查结果基本相同。
[Objective] To examine the pathogens of hand foot and mouth disease (HFMD)by real-time fluorescence quantitative RT-PCR. [Methods] Thirty two samples from stool and throat swabs were collected from patients of HFMD, and the positive rates of pan-enterovirus, enterovirus 71 and Coxsackie A16 were tested by real-time fluorescence quantitative RT-PCR. The clinical characteristics were analyzed. [Results] In the specimens collected from 32 samples, 22 pan-enterovirus, 10 Enterovirus 71 and 12 other enterovirus were positive. No Coxsackie A16 was detected. There was essentially consistent in clinical characteristics and assistant examination results with different pathogens. [Conclusion] The real-time fluorescence quantitative RTPCR can be used early for pathogenic diagnosis of HFMD. There is essentially consistent in the early clinical characteristics and assistant examination results with different pathogens.
