中西医结合治疗盆腔静脉淤血综合征疗效观察

The Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Combined with Western Medicine for the Treatment of Pelvic Venous Congestion Syndrome

【目的】使用补肾活血中药结合导管介入治疗盆腔静脉淤血综合征（PCS），观察其近期及远期效果，并检测血液流变学水平。【方法】将50例PCS患者随机分为两组：观察组（n=25）行补肾活血中药结合导管介入，对照组（n=25）仅用导管介入。【结果】两组总有效率分别为72％和68％，差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05），治疗组血液粘度改善情况优于对照组。随访1年后，治疗组复发1例，对照组复发3例。【结论】两组近期效果相近，但治疗组远期效果好，复发率低。

[Objective]To observe the short- and long=term effect of Bushen Huoxue traditional Chinese medicine combined with catheter interventional therapy for pelvic venous congestion syndrome（PCS） and the hemorrheologieal changes before and after treatment . [Methods]Fifty patients with PCS were randomly divided into observation group（ n = 25） and control group（ n = 25）. Observation Group received Bushen Huoxue traditional Chinese medicine plus catheter interventional therapy and the control group received only catheter interventional therapy [Results]The overall effective rate in two groups was 72% and 68%, respectively, but no difference was observed between these two groups（ P 〉0.05）. Blood viscosity was improved more in observation group than that in control group. Alter 1-year＇s follow-up, relapse occurred in 1 case in observation group and 3 cases in control groups [Conclusion] The short-term effect in observation group is similar to that in control group, but Bushen Huoxue traditional Chinese medicine combined with catheter interventiona therapy has better long term effect and lower recurrence rate.
