后路减压加CAGE植骨椎间融合内固定治疗腰椎滑脱症

摘要 【目的】探讨后路减压、cage植骨椎间融合、RF-Ⅱ系统内固定术治疗腰椎滑脱症的,临床疗效。【方法】自1999年1月至2004年6月对30例腰椎滑脱患者采用后路减压+椎间植骨融合+RF-Ⅱ系统内固定术,并分析临床疗效。【结果】本组30例均获随访,平均随访45个月。手术效果按照Nakai标准评定:优26例,良2例,可2例,优良率达93%。术后JOA评分平均13.3分,显著高于术前的3.6分(P〈0.05)。【结论】后路减压、Cage植骨椎间融合、RF系统内固定术治疗腰椎滑脱疗效可靠,并具有复位满意、植骨融合率高和术后恢复快等优点。 [Objective] To explore the effect of combination of posterior decompression, CAGE interbody fusion and RF-Ⅱ internal fixation for lumbar spondylolisthesis. [Methods]The combination of posterior de compression, CAGE interbody fusion and internal fixation was performed in 30 patients with lumbar spondylo- listhesis from January 1999 to June 2004. and its clinical outcome was analyzed. [Results] All patients were followed up for an average 45 months. According to the Nakai criteria, the outcome was excellent in 26 , good in 2, fair in 2 cases. Postoperative JOA scores were 13.3 points and were higher than preoperative JOA scores of 3.6 points( P 〈0.05). [Conclusion] The combination of posterior decompression, CAGE interbody fusion and RF internal fixation has many advantages including satisfactory reduction, good fusion and quick recovery so it can be widely applied.
