后路减压加CAGE植骨椎间融合内固定治疗腰椎滑脱症

Treatment of Lumbar Spondylolisthesis with Posterior Decompression, CAGE Interbody Fusion and Internal Fixation

【目的】探讨后路减压、cage植骨椎间融合、RF-Ⅱ系统内固定术治疗腰椎滑脱症的，临床疗效。【方法】自1999年1月至2004年6月对30例腰椎滑脱患者采用后路减压＋椎间植骨融合＋RF-Ⅱ系统内固定术，并分析临床疗效。【结果】本组30例均获随访，平均随访45个月。手术效果按照Nakai标准评定：优26例，良2例，可2例，优良率达93％。术后JOA评分平均13．3分，显著高于术前的3．6分（P〈0．05）。【结论】后路减压、Cage植骨椎间融合、RF系统内固定术治疗腰椎滑脱疗效可靠，并具有复位满意、植骨融合率高和术后恢复快等优点。

[Objective] To explore the effect of combination of posterior decompression, CAGE interbody fusion and RF-Ⅱ internal fixation for lumbar spondylolisthesis. [Methods]The combination of posterior de compression, CAGE interbody fusion and internal fixation was performed in 30 patients with lumbar spondylo- listhesis from January 1999 to June 2004. and its clinical outcome was analyzed. [Results] All patients were followed up for an average 45 months. According to the Nakai criteria, the outcome was excellent in 26 , good in 2, fair in 2 cases. Postoperative JOA scores were 13.3 points and were higher than preoperative JOA scores of 3.6 points（ P 〈0.05）. [Conclusion] The combination of posterior decompression, CAGE interbody fusion and RF internal fixation has many advantages including satisfactory reduction, good fusion and quick recovery so it can be widely applied.
