新时期农民工体育贫困现象研究

Sports poverty of migrant workers in new era

对我国城市农民工体育贫困现象进行分析,认为其主要包括城市农民工体育制度贫困、体育动机贫困、体育消费贫困和体育资源贫困,提出改善户籍制度,建立合理的农民工体育保障制度;改善公共管理制度,保证正确的农民工体育管理方法;改变生存环境,完善农民工体育服务体系;维护农民工体育权利,培养参与体育锻炼的意识等解决策略。

With the research method of literature study, the paper analyses the sports poverty of the migrant workers in the cities on the basis of the definitions of poverty and sports poverty. The paper points out that the sports poverty of the migrant workers includes sports system poverty, sports motive poverty, sports consumption poverty and sports re- source poverty. The paper proposes to improve the household registration system, establish a rational sports guarantee system of the migrant workers, improve the public management system, optimize the sports service system, protect the sports right of the migrant workers and cultivate the sports participation consciousness.
