Mt.Laoshan is one of the most famous tourist landscape resource in Qingdao.Nowadays China has entered the era of ＂Public Tourism＂.With the improvement of the tourists＇ taste,emphasis on ＂tourism culture＂ has become a magic indispensable weapon for major scenic spots to cultivate their unique competitive advantages.From the perspective of tourism culture,adopting the ways of data analysis,case studies and on the spot investigation,this paper attempts to seize the prosperous period of Mt.Laoshan in the Dynasty of Tang,Song,Yuan and Ming,thus to start the all-round look at the Mt.Laoshan＇s tourism cultural elements such as religion,celebrities culture and tourism activities,and to study its form and features.It is of a great help in the new awareness of our ancient tourism activities,in-depth understanding of the relationship between tourism and historical culture,fully development of the concept of Mt.Laoshan culture,the development and evolution and unique competitive advantage of Mt.Laoshan tourism.
