商业职业院校创业教育的探索与实践

The Research and Practice of the Entrepreneurship Education in Business Vocational Colleges

十余年来,商业职业院校围绕人才培养质量目标,将创业教育渗透到人才培养的全过程,通过提升理念、加强领导、完善体系、搭建平台、营造校园特色文化等方面的工作,走出了一条创业教育与职业教育、素质教育相结合的教育之路。回顾改革开放以来我国职业教育的发展与就业模式的变迁,对商业职业院校大学生创业教育的探索、实践以及成效进行总结,从而提出进一步做好商业职业院校创业教育工作的思路与对策。

For the past ten years,business vocational colleges have centered on the goals of personnel training quality,and entrepreneurship education has been integrated into the whole process of personnel training.Moreover,an educational approach combining entrepreneurship with vocational education and quality-oriented education has been innovated through enhancing the concept,strengthening the leadership,perfecting the system,building a platform,and constructing a special campus culture.Some constructive ideas and countermeasures to improve entrepreneurship education in business vocational colleges are presented in this paper on the basis of reviewing the development process of China＇s vocational education and changes in employment patterns since the Reform and Opening up,and summarizing the entrepreneurship education research and practice in business vocational colleges.
