摘要
随着国家产业结构的调整,服务外包在国民生产总值中所占的比例越来越高,培养服务外包方面的人才已是迫在眉睫。依据地方经济建设发展需求和学院"实境耦合"的人才培养模式,介绍市场营销专业"呼叫服务工作坊"的解决方案,包括技术方案和运行机制,旨在探讨一种学校实训室市场化管理运作的机制,培养学生公司化运作的能力和自我管理教学设备的能力。
Along with the adjustment of industrial structure in our country,the proportion of the service outsourcing in the gross national product is getting higher and higher,and the cultivation of the service outsourcing talents is imminent.Based on the demand of Qingdao economy construction development and the talents cultivation mode of Reality and Coupling of Qingdao Technical College,this article introduces the solution of call center in marketing specialty,including the technical program and the operational mechanism,to explore the operation mechanism of marketability in our school,and to train the student ability of corporation operation and self-control the teaching equipments.
