科学发展观思想的存在论阐释

Re-interpretation of the Philosophical Implication of Scientific Outlook on Development

科学发展观中之"科学"不能只从science的意义上来理解,也不能只在线性的进化论立场来理解"发展",否则使全面协调可持续与统筹兼顾的基本要求和根本方法在理论上成为不可能。从德语Wissenschaft和中国古代哲学语境下的"科学"来重新阐释科学发展观思想的存在论视域,同时牵引出"发展"也不能只是线性的进化论式的投放自身,而是对自身的存在有着某种持守的发展观,进而阐述在这种意义上的科学发展观内容之各个方面的可能性。

Science can not be understood just as the English word, ＂science＂ and development can not be understood from the perspective of linear theory of evolution, for the misunderstanding would make the basic requirement and fundamental method of the overall coordination, sustainable development, overall planning and all-round consideration impossible in theory. This article understands ＂science＂ in the sense of the German word ＂Wissenschafl＂ as well as in the sense of the Chinese word, ＂ 科学＂ in its ancient philosophic context. The paper expounds development is not a linear, evolutionary style of running itself, but rather a concept that holds to its own existence. Then it explains all the possibilities of the concept of scientific outlook on development in this sense.
