新疆兵团师域团场经济发展水平的综合评价

A Comprehensive Evaluation of the Economic Development Level of Farms in the Divisions of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps

该文以新疆生产建设兵团各师为区域单元,通过建立兵团团场经济发展水平综合评价指标体系,利用兵团第二次全国农业普查的相关数据,采用主成分分析法对兵团各师域团场的经济发展水平进行综合评价。结果表明:兵团各师域团场综合经济发展水平差距较大,对于不同指标,各师域的表现也参差不齐。兵团应通过加大基础设施投入,调整团场产业结构,加大团场教育投入,实施特色化经营等措施,积极促进各师域团场的经济发展。

This paper studies farms in Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps（XPCC）and uses divisions of the XPCC as area units. Establishing the comprehensive evaluation index system of economic development level in farms,and making use of correlative data of the XPCC, which comes from the second general investigation of national agriculture, we use the Principal Component Analysis to evaluate the economic development level of each division of the XPCC. Results show that between all the divisions, discrepancies between their economic development levels are rather wide. For different indexes, each division has different results. In the end, some suggestions are proposed for the development of farms in each division.
