新疆兵团青少年社会认同状况研究——以新疆兵团农八师为例

An Analysis and Consideration of the Situation of Social Identity of the Adolescents in Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps——Taking the Eight Agricultural Division as An Example

随着我国社会与经济的进一步发展,社会成员的社会认同已成为一个重要且紧迫的问题,研究社会认同具有重要的理论意义和现实意义。在新疆生产建设兵团这样一个特殊的社会组织体系下,兵团青少年的社会认同关系到兵团未来发展和战略安全。该文经过调查分析,发现兵团青少年社会认同具有同质性、模糊化、不稳定性、"零度化"、多元化的特点。

With the transition of society, the development of economy, the pluralization of structure, interest, and value, social identity has become a very important and urgent problem and its study has important social and practical significance. Most importantly, in Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps, a special social organization, social identity of its adolescents has a direct hearing to the future development and safety of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps. This article uses the method of quantitative research to analyze the social identity of the adolescents of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps.
