Irrational Factors in Editing and their Avoidance and Prevention

日常编辑活动中,常会发现一些影响我们公正公平处理文稿的非理性因素。这些因素主要是名家效应、名门效应、课题效应和关系效应。不管是自觉的还是不自觉的非理性因素,都是做好编辑工作的大敌,因而我们必须从加强自身品德修养、提高思想觉悟、完善编辑部制度建设等方面来规避与防范这些非理性因素。

In editing, irrational factors that affect fair treatment of contributions can be found. These factors are mainly famous-expert effect, famous-family effect, project effect, and relation effect. Whether conscious or unconscious factors, they are extremely unfavorable for good editing work. Therefore, we should intensify our own moral training, raise our political consciousness, perfect the construction of our editing system to avoid and prevent these factors.
