新加坡应对金融危机的措施及其对我国的启示

The Enlightenment to China of Singapore's Experiences in Coping Finanical Crisis

面对金融危机,新加坡政府采取稳定金融市场,减缓出口压力,实施积极的财政政策,出台总值高达205亿新元的巨额配套振兴计划,扶持中小企业发展,扩大国内就业等一系列措施,有效地减缓了金融危机对其经济造成的冲击。借鉴新加坡政府应对危机的措施,我国应该完善金融管理体制,加强金融监管,加快对经济结构的调整力度,加大对中小企业的扶持力度等。这些措施对于避免和减少金融危机对我国经济的影响,抑制经济下滑,促进经济的快速恢复具有重要的现实意义。

Facing the financial crisis, the Singapore government has taken a series of measures to slow down the impact on its economy effectively from the financial crisis, which by means of stabilizing the financial market, relieving exports pressure, pursuing an active fiscal policy, working out the huge supporting revitalization plans, supporting the development of SMEs（Small and Mediumsized Enterprises） and enlarging employment, etc. The study on the countermeasures to the financial crisis from the Singapore government has very practical significance to China, that is to establish the perfect Financial Management System, strengthen financial supervision, accelerate the adjustment of economic structure and increase the support for SMEs, which can avoid and reduce the impact on China＇s economic development from the financial crisis, restrain the economic downturn, and promote the resumption and grow rapidly in economy.
