肝组织CTGF、TGF-β_1的表达与肝纤维化关系的实验研究 被引量:2

Relationships between Levels of CTGF、TGF-β_1 Gen Expressions in Liver Tissues and Fibrosis Pathology

摘要 目的:探讨免疫性肝纤维化肝组织结缔组织生长因子(CTGF)与转化生长因子β1(TGF-β1)的表达与肝纤维化的关系。方法:用猪血清大鼠腹腔内注射复制免疫损伤性肝纤维化模型,免疫攻击16周后处死动物,行肝组织病理分析,免疫组化法检测肝内CTGF、TGF-β1表达。结果:16周后模型组大鼠形成典型的肝纤维化,肝内CTGF与TGF-β1表达均显著增强,同时二者阳性分布部位相近,表达程度呈正相关性;且CTGF表达与组织病理上肝纤维化变化呈正相关性。结论:实验性肝纤维化过程中CTGF与TGF-β1促进肝纤维化的进展。 Objective:To investigate the relationship between fibrosis pathology and the levels of CTGF,TGF-β1 gen expressions in liver tissues. Methods: All rats were given subcutaneous injection of pig serum after 16 weeks, the degrees of fibrosis was detected by histopathology under optical microscopy. The expressions of CTGF, TGF-β1 were measured by immunochemical techniques. Results:The model group had shown typical hepatic fibrosis. The expressions of TGF β1 , connective tissue growth factor increased obviously. Conclusion:The study indicates that TGF-β1 and CTGF accelerate the development of experiment liver fibrosis.
