摘要目的:评价氟保护漆对儿童乳牙龋齿的预防效果。方法:实验组(316例)实行定期涂氟,每0.5 a 1次,连续2 a;对照组(302例)只做早晚刷牙等常规口腔护理。结果:涂氟前实验组与对照组的患龋率和龋均数据大致相同,涂氟后实验组的患龋率和龋均明显低于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义。结论:氟保护漆防龋效果明显。
