血清胆红素水平与糖尿病肾病的关系 被引量：2

摘要 目的:探讨血清胆红素与糖尿病肾病的关系。方法:选取首都医科大学附属北京同仁医院内分泌科2006-06-2008-12住院的2型糖尿病患者664例,分为无肾病(NDN)组和肾病(DN)组,比较胆红素水平的差异。结果:DN组胆红素水平低于NDN组,Logistic回归分析显示病程、胆固醇和收缩压水平是糖尿病肾病的危险因素,胆红素是保护因素。结论:胆红素可能对糖尿病肾病有一定的保护作用。
