摘要
从药用植物大黄藤中分离出内生放线菌26株.以金黄色葡萄球菌、炭疽病菌和链格孢菌为受试菌株,对其进行抗菌活性筛选.结果表明,共有14株内生放线菌对1株或1株以上的受试菌株有抗菌活性,其中平板抑菌圈直径大于20mm的菌株有1株(ADG11).研究结果表明,大黄藤内生放线菌具有良好的潜在应用价值,值得做进一步研究.
Twenty - six strains of endophytie actinomycetes were isolated from the Fibraurea reeisa Pierre. Staphyllococcus aureus, Colletotrichum gloeosporioides and Alternaria alternata were selected as indicator bacteria when the antimicrobial activities of these endophytic actinomycetes were tested through antimicrobial experiments in the exterior body. The result showed that 14 isolates of them were able to produce antimicrobial active substances. One isolate ( ADG11 ) of the endophytic actinomycetes producing antimicrobial active substance showed the diameter of inhibition zone to 20mm. These endophytic actinomycetes indicated that they have potential applications, and need to be further studied.
