随着互联网技术的蓬勃发展和广泛应用,网上购物已经成为消费者的一种消费时尚。与此同时,网上购物所引起的法律问题也逐渐暴露出来,消费者的网络隐私问题已成为人们关注的一个焦点。通过对消费者网络隐私权的侵权状况、我国法律保护的不足以及国际立法的分析,提出了对我国网络消费者隐私权法律保护的构想。

With the rapid development and extensive application of Interoet technology,online shopping has become a consuming fashion for consumers. Meanwhile,consumer＇s eyber- privacy has! become the focus of people＇s attention resulting from gradual exposition of legal issues caused by online shopping. This essay raised the conception of legal protection for our country＇s cyber - consumers＇ rights of privacy by means of analyzing the state of infringement of consumers＇ rights of cyber - privacy, the insufficiency of our country＇s legal protection and the intemetional legislation.
