PPH加外痔剥离术治疗Ⅲ、Ⅳ度脱垂痔的临床观察

Investigation of PPH and external hemorrhoidectomy in treatment of prolapsed hemorrhoids(grade Ⅲ°,Ⅳ°)

目的观察痔上黏膜环切吻合术(PPH)加外痔剥离术治疗Ⅲ、Ⅳ度脱垂痔的临床疗效。方法治疗组45例应用PPH加外痔剥离术治疗,对照组52例应用传统外剥内扎术治疗。观察两组治疗效果、术后24h内疼痛情况、术后并发症发生率的差别。结果两组治疗效果、术后24h内疼痛情况、术后并发症发生率比较有显著性差异。结论PPH加外痔剥离术治疗Ⅲ、Ⅳ度脱垂痔,具有疗效好、术后并发症少、恢复快的优点。

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of the procedure for prolapse and hemorrhoid （PPH） in the treatment of patients with severe hemorrhoids （grade Ⅲ°, Ⅳ°）. Methods 45 cases （the treatment group） of prolapsed hemorrhoids at third or fourth degree were operated by PPH and external hemorrhoideetomy and other 52 cases （the control group） were operated by the conventional external resection and internal ligation. The curative effect ,painful index within 24 h and postoperative complications were observed. Results There was a great difference in the curative effect, painful index within 24 h and postoperative complications between the two groups. Conclusion PPH and external hemorrhoidectomy is effective for prolapsed hemorrhoids （grade Ⅲ°, Ⅳ°）.
