摘要
目的探讨妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积症的发病率、诊断、并发症及防治对策。方法对本院近5年发生的118例ICP病例分治疗组70例和未治组(对照组)48例进行回顾性分析。结果治疗组各项血生化指标明显下降、宫内窘迫、新生儿窒息、围生儿死亡率、早产及产后出血率明显低于对照组。结论积极正确处理妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积症可明显减轻孕妇的瘙痒症状,降低围生儿的胎儿窘迫、羊水粪染、新生儿窒息的发生率,提高围生儿的生存质量。
Objective To discuss the incidence, diagnosis and treatment of intrahepatie eholestasis of pregnancy （ICP）. Methods 118 cases with ICP were divided into treatment group （70 cases） and non-treatment group （48 cases） and retrospectively analyzed. Resuts In treatment groups, the incidence of perinatal mortality, fetal distress and asphyxia of newborn infants were significantly lower than that in non-treatment groups（P〈0.01）. Conclusion Intensive care and proper treatment make it possible to alleviate itchy symptoms of the pregnant women with ICP, to decrease the rate of fetal distress, meeonium passage and neonatal asphyxia, and to improve the outcome of neonates.
