摘要
目的探讨腭咽成形术后迟发性出血的原因与处理方法。方法对腭咽成形术后8例迟发性大出血患者的临床诊断和治疗资料进行分析。结果8例大出血患者通过准确的判断、有效的治疗手段(棉球压迫、双极电凝、气管插管气管内麻醉下缝合)都得到了控制并且治愈出院。结论对于术后迟发性出血,要及时准确地作出判断,找出原因,为术中及术后处理出血找出一种合理的、可靠的方法。
Objective To study the reason and treatment of secondary hemorrhage after palatopharyngoplasty. Methods 8 patients treated with were retrospectively analyzed. Results The patients were cured with cotton ball, double pole electric and suture under endotraecheal anesthesia. Conclusion It is important to find a reasonable and dependable way with a accurate judgment in time and reasons for secondary hemorrhage during and after operation.
