摘要 以江西省新余市孔目江流域为例,在系统分析其水资源现状、面临的问题及其驱动因子的基础上,提出了基于"水质-水量"联合保护与恢复的水资源系统保护思路和模式,即通过实施水量调控工程、水质保育提高工程和流域复合生态系统恢复与重建工程,使流域内的森林、湿地和农田生态系统协同演变,增强孔目江流域的水源涵养和水体净化功能,从而实现保育和提高水质、保持和增加水量的目的。 Taking the Kongmujiang River Basin in Xinyu City of Jiangxi Province as a case,based on systematic analysis of the water resources status quo,the facing problems,and the driving factors,the article put forward the water resource system protection thought and mode in terms of "water quality-quantity"joint protection and recovery.All these are as follows:Through the implementation of water quantity adjusting and controlling project,water quality caring and upgrading project,as well as the recovery and reconstruction project for water basin compound ecological system,let the forest,wetland and agricultural ecological systems within the basin coordinate evolution.With the aim to enhance the functions of water resource conservation and water body purification,the target to care and upgrade the water quality,keep and increase the water quantity will be finally realized.
