环渤海经济圈四点一带水资源安全保障战略研究

Strategical Research on Water Resources Safety Guarantee for "Four Points,One Belt" in Bohai Sea Economic Circle

分析了我国东部环渤海经济圈四点一带水资源条件及开发利用现状,对不同时期的需水量进行预测,基于区域水资源优化配置,制定了多水源供水方案,预测了可供水量,并进行了水资源合理配置,提出了四点一带水资源安全保障的战略。

The paper analyzed the condition of water resources and actuality of water resources development for ＂Four points,one belt＂ in Bohai sea economic circle and predicted the amount of water demand in different periods.Based on the optimal llocation of aregional water resources,it constituted the water supply scheme by various water sources,predicted the amount of supply water,carried out the rational allocation of water resources and put forward the strategy of the water resources safety guarantee in ＂Four Points,One Belt＂.
