RP-HPLC法测定妇康宝合剂中芍药苷的含量

Determination of paeoniflorin from Fukangbao Heji by RP-HPLC

目的反相高效液相色谱法测定妇康宝合剂中芍药苷的含量。方法采用十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶柱;流动相:乙腈-1%冰醋酸(20∶80),检测波长为230nm;流速为1.0mL·min-1。结果芍药苷线性范围10.03～50.15μg·mL-1,平均回收率为99.4%,RSD为1.4%。结论方法简便,结果准确,能有效控制妇康宝合剂中芍药苷的质量。

OBJECTIVE To determine the content of Paeoniflorin by RP-HPLC in Fukangbao Heji. METHODS The determination was carried out with Symmetry C18 column. The mobile phase was consisted of CH3 CN-1% CH3 COOH （20 ： 80）. The flow rate was lmL·min-1 and the detective wavelength was 230nm. RESULTS The content of Indirubin can be determined by RP-HPLC. The linear concentration ranges of these compound were 10. 05～50. 15μg· mL-1. The average recoveries was 99.4% respectively. CONCLUSION The method was simple and accurate and can be used to control the quality of Fu- kangbao Heji.
