提高农村居民财产性收入的路径思考

On the Ways of Increasing the Rural Residents’ Property Income

党的十七大报告提出要"创造条件让更多群众拥有财产性收入"。现阶段,我国农村居民的人均财产性收入呈现基数小、占比低、渠道单一、收入差距拉大等特征。文章认为,当前应结合中国农村实际,从财产层面、市场层面、制度层面等多路径展开思考,积极创造条件,让占中国居民人口多数的农村群众拥有更多的财产性收入。

The Report of the Seventeenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China says that we must create comditions to enable more citizens to have property income.At present, the proverty income in China＇s countryside has some specail characteristics. For example, the base is small, the proportion is low, the income gap is wide,and the source of income structure is unreasonable. The paper holds the opinion that we should approach the issue from such aspects as the property, the market, and the system and create conditions to enable more citiaens in the countryside to have property income.
