新农村建设中创业型农民培育机制的探析

The Exploration on the Cultivation Mechanism of Entrepreneurial Farmers in the New Countryside Construction

培育创业型农民既是新农村建设的迫切要求,又是新农村建设的重要条件和基础,农民素质的高低直接决定了农村社会的发展。通过对浙江金华农村的调研实际,阐述目前创业型农民培育中存在的问题,并提出创新培育机制的具体建议和做法。

To cultivate entrepreneurial farmers is not only an urgent demand in the new countryside construction, but also the important condition and the basis. The level of farmers＇ quality has decided the development of rural society directly. According to the investigation in Jinhua area of Zhejiang Province, the paper discusses the problems in cultivating entrepreneurial farmers at present and puts forwards the concrete suggestions and measures of the cultivation mechanism.
