高校教务管理人员的专业素质及其培养策略述评

Commentary on the Professional Qualities of University Educational Administration Personnel and the Strategies for the Improvement of Their Qualities

高校教务管理是高校管理工作的重要组成部分之一,是维持高校正常教学的重要保障,而教务管理工作的质量与教务管理人员的素质成正相关。因此,教务管理人员应培养自身专业素质,提高教务管理工作的水平。文章就高校教务管理人员的现状从专业态度、专业知识、专业技能三个角度分析高校教务管理人员应具备的专业素质,并提出若干培养策略。

University educational administration management, an important part of the university administration, ensures normal teaching in universities. Since the quality of educational administration is related to that of educational administration personnel, they should manage to improve their professional quality to enhance the educational administration management. This thesis analyzes the current situation of the educational administration personnel,presents the professional qualities they should possess from the professional skills, and puts forwards some proposals on aspects of professional attitudes, professional knowledge and the strategies for the improvement of their qualities.
