高校教师的为师之道,是他们成长、成才、成功之道,是他们职业道德与思想境界、教育理念与教学能力、科研意识与科研水平的综合体现。该文重点探讨了高校年轻教师应该爱岗敬业、忠诚教育事业,崇尚以师爱为核心的职业道德;拥有符合时代发展和社会要求的教育思想和教学理念,建设六个方面的教学技能,尽快过好教学关;增强科研意识,找准科研切入点,有效推进科研进程,炼就过硬科研功,从而使自己成长为一名合格的大学教师。

For the college teachers,the way of teaching is both the process of their growth and success,and the comprehensive embodiment which contains their professional morality and ideological level,the educational concept and teaching capacity as well as the research consciousness and competence.The thesis focuses on the discussion that the young college teachers,in order to become a qualified teacher,should show love and devotion to their job,be loyal to the educational cause and advocate the love-centered professional morality;should have educational and teaching concepts in accordance with the time development and the social requirements,master the six teaching techniques,and try to be qualified in teaching as soon as possible;should enhance the research consciousness,define the starting point,improve the research process,and lay solid foundation for doing scientific research.
