An Analysis on the Tuition Problem and the ways to Deal with It

学费收入是高校办学经费的重要来源,大学生欠费是当前高校存在的一个普遍问题,学校能否及时足额收取学费将直接影响高校正常运转。对学生的缴费意识淡薄,自觉性差;配套的机制不健全;各部门协调不够;收费方式、手段落后等欠费的原因作了分析,并针对以上欠费原因提出相应的措施和建议。

Tuition revenue of colleges and universities is an important source of the funding for schools, yet the problem that college students owe the tuition in different degrees has become a widespread problem. Whether the tuition can be charged in full and on time will directly affect the normal operation of colleges and universities. This thesis analyzed and discussed the cause such as students pay no sense and poor self- consciousness; the administrative mechanism is imperfect and there is lack of an operating system to match it; inter-departmental cooperation and coordination is not adequate; the backward traditional means of charges etc.. Furthermore, the corresponding measures and proposals were put forward in connection with the causes of students who owe the tuition.
