随着社会经济和科技的飞速发展,高校中个人单打独斗式的科研形式已经很难承载向着交叉和纵深方向发展的重大科研项目,构建高层次的学术团队成为了高校科研发展的内在要求。高校学术团队的建设思路应以项目为纽带,以学术带头人为核心,以制度为保障,以区域研究为突破口,实现学术团队的创新与发展。

With the rapid development of the social economy, science and technology,it＇s almost impossible in universities for the traditional research form which includes only one researcher to accomplish some imporfanf researching projects, which is cross- displinary and profound. Therefore, constructing a high-level academic team is compulsory in order to promote the development of research in universities. To construct an academic team in university needs to follow the following ideas： the project being a link; the academic leaders being the center;, the system being the guarantee;the regional studies being the breakthrough. Hence the academic team can achieve innovations and new developments.
