摘要
转管武器作为一类工作原理特殊的高射频自动武器,其机芯要在高速运动过程中保证可靠闭锁,因此其工作状态恶劣.为检验机芯的强度,找到机芯强度最薄弱的部位,针对某转管武器的机芯,利用有限元分析软件A nsys,建立了机芯应力分析的有限元仿真模型,通过仿真得到了机芯在膛压最大时的应力分布云图.从所得到的应力云图可以看出,最大应力出现在闭锁凸榫与机芯体部的过渡部位,虽然最大应力没有超过材料的屈服极限,但多次射击可能会在这里发生疲劳破坏.最大应力出现在闭锁凸榫根部,符合机芯应力的分布规律,说明所用的仿真方法是正确的,采用该方法可以用来对转管武器机芯的强度进行校核.
Gatling gun is a high fire ratio weapon with special working principle, and its bolt must lock in a high velocity movement status, so the working condition is serious. In order to check the bolt strength and find the weakest region of the Gatling gun's bolt, the FEA model of bolt was built by using the finite element software Ansys. After simulation, the stress nephogram was obtained corresponding to the maximum pressure. From the plot it can be seen that : the maximum stress is in the transition location between lock lug and bolt body; although the maximum doesn't exceed the material's yield limit, several shots can fatigue this location; the maximum stress agrees the common law, which indicates that the simulation method is correct. The method can be used to check the bolt strength.
