摘要
目的建立布渣叶中槲皮素的含量测定方法,为其制定质量标准提供依据。方法采用高效液相色谱法对布渣叶药材槲皮素进行含量测定。色谱柱:DiamonsilC18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇-0.4%磷酸溶液(52:48);流速:1.0ml/min;柱温:30℃;检测波长:360nm。结果槲皮素进样量在0.01903~0.3806μg范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999)。平均加样回收率为99.15%,相对标准偏差值(RSD)为0.93%(n=6)。结论所建立的方法简便、快捷,重现性好,可用于该药材的质量评价。
Objective To establish the content determination method of quercetin in Microcos paniculata, and so as to provide reference for its quality control. Methods The content of quercetin in Microcos paniculata was determined by HPLC. The chromatographic conditions were as follows: Diamonsil C18(250 mm x4.6 mm, 5 Ixm), mobile phrase was methanol-0.4% phosphoric acid (52:48 ), flow rate 1.0 ml/min, column temperature at 30℃, detection wavelength 360 nm. Results Quercetin showed a good linear relationship in the range of 0. 01903 - 0.3806μg (r = 0. 9999 ), the average recovery was 99.15% and RSD was 0.93%. Conclusion The established method is simple and rapid with producibility, and can be used for the quality control of Microcos paniculata. good reproducibility, and can be used for the quality control of Microcos paniculata.
