目的建立和胃整肠丸微生物限度检查方法。方法常规方法和采用培养基稀释方法。结果能有效消除在检验条件下本品对细菌、霉菌及酵母菌的抑制作用,控制菌可用常规方法检查。结论该方法简单快捷、准确可行,可用于本品的微生物限度检查。

Objective To establish a method of microbial limit test for Hewei Zhengchang pills. Methods Routine method and culture medium diluted method were adopted. Results The culture medium diluted method could effectively eliminate the pills＇ antibacterial effect on bacteria, fungi, yeast. The designated microbial species could be tested by rou- tine method. Conclusion The culture medium diluted method is simple, accurate, and feasibile, and can be used for the microbial limit test of Hewei Zhengchang pills. This method is effective for the quality control of this drug.
