金樱茎的显微特征与预试验研究

Pharmacognosy Research and Trial Test of Stem of Rosa Laevigata Michx

目的对金樱茎进行生药学研究。方法采用性状鉴别、显微鉴别、理化鉴别的方法。结果金樱茎外被角质层,最外一层细胞多数是一个分裂为两个、中柱鞘处为纤维和石细胞、石细胞在韧皮部射线顶端、有纤维管胞。结论可作为金樱茎与金樱根的区分依据。

Objective To make pharmacognostics research on stem of Rosa Laevigata Michx. Methods The trait identification, microscopic characteristics, chemical identification were adopted. Results The prickle and the red-brown skin were the characteristics of stem of Rosa Laevigata Michx. The microscopic identification of wood fiber, fiber tracheids, and stone cell were also its characteristics. Conclusion The results of identification can provide some scientific basis to distinguish stem and root of Rosa Laevigata Michx.
