定晕1号方对颈性眩晕患者临床疗效及血流变的影响

Influence of Dingyun I on Neck Dizziness Patients' Clinical Cure Effect and Blood Flow Rheometer

[目的]观察自拟中药定晕1号方对颈性眩晕的临床疗效及其对患者血液流变学指标的影响。[方法]采用自拟定晕1号方治疗颈性眩晕患者,3个疗程后评定其疗效,并检测血液流变学指标改变情况。[结果]治疗前后疗效有明显改善(P<0.05),患者全血黏度低、高切变率,血浆比黏度,血细胞压积,红细胞电泳时间及血沉较治疗前均有明显下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]定晕1号方可以通过改善椎-基底动脉的微循环,从而缓解椎动脉型颈椎病患者的临床症状及体征。

[Objective]To observe the effect of Dingyun I on neck dizziness patients＇ clinical cure and blood flow rheometer.[Method]Take self-made Dingyun I for neck dizziness patients,evaluate the cure effect after 3 courses,test blood flow rheometer index.[Result]The cure effect was markedly improved,the total blood mucosity low-shear,high-shear rates,plasm ratio mucosity,hematocrit,red cell electrophoresis time and erythrocyte were obviously decreased,the difference compared to that before treatment had statistical meaning.[Conclusion]Dingyun I can improve the vertebral-basilar microcirculation,thereby relive the symptoms and signs of vertebral artery-type cervical spondylosis.
