治伤胶囊治疗体表血肿60例疗效观察

Zhishang Capsule Treat Body Surface Haematoma

[目的]探讨治伤胶囊外用对体表血肿吸收的疗效。[方法]治疗组以治伤胶囊内容物用白酒调成糊状,外敷血肿表面厚度约0.5cm,加压包扎;对照组用纱布、绷带加压包扎,24h内以冷水敷或冰块外敷。3d后观察肿胀消退情况。[结果]治伤胶囊对体表血肿治疗总有效率95%,对照组总有效率76.7%,疗效差异有显著性P<0.05。[结论]治伤胶囊外敷治疗早期体表血肿可明显减轻肿胀、疼痛症状,促进血肿的吸收。

[Objective]To explore the cure effect of Zhishang Capsule on absorption of body surface haematoma.[Method]The treatment group（60）were applied externally with Zhishang Capsule in paste with distilled spirit;observe the state after 3d.[Result]The total effective rate was 95%;control one 76.7%,P〈0.05.[Conclusion]Zhishang Capsule in early stage can markedly relieve swelling and pain,and promote absorption of haemotoma.
