超声乳化联合人工晶体植入并小梁切除术治疗持续高眼压状态下白内障38例

Cataract Ultra-sound Emulsification Combined with Artificial Crystal Transplantation and Trabeculectomy under Sustainable High Eye Pressure

[目的]探讨持续性高眼压状态下行白内障超声乳化联合人工晶体植入并小梁切除术的方法、治疗时机及疗效。[方法]经各种药物治疗仍不能降眼压的持续性高眼压青光眼合并白内障38例(40眼)为实验组;同时期的青光眼合并白内障经降眼压治疗后眼压降至正常(<21mmHg)40例(40眼)为对照组,两组均施行白内障超声乳化联合小梁切除术,术后观察视力\眼压及并发症情况。[结果]实验组和对照组的眼压术后均得到有效的控制,视力获得不同程度的提高。两组有效率差异无统计学意义,P>0.05。无一例发生驱逐性眼内出血、脉络膜脱离等严重并发症。[结论]持续性高眼压青光眼合并白内障经积极药物降眼压治疗无效时,行白内障超声乳化联合小梁切除术是安全有效的。

[Objective] To discuss the method,time and effect of cataract ultra-sound emulsification combined with artificial crystal transplantation and trabeculectomy under sustainable high eye pressure.[Method] Experimental group：38 cases（40 eyes）of sustainable glaucoma combined with cataract,which can not be lowered by all drugs;control one：the eye pressure reduced to normal（21mmHg）for the same disease,with cataract;both take the cataract ultra-sound emulsification combined with trabeculectomy,observe the eyesight/pressure and complications.[Result] Both groups got effective control on eye pressure,the eyesight improved to different extent;the difference between both had no statistical meaning,P〉0.05,no had banishing eye bleeding or venation membrane separation or other severe complications.[Conclusion] The cataract ultra-sound emulsification combined with trabeculectomy is safe and effective to the disease above.
