晚期癌症患者安宁护理实施探讨

Investigation of implementing palliative care for advanced cancer patients

目的通过调查晚期癌症患者的需求,探讨安宁护理的必要性,同时以患者需求指导安宁护理的实施。方法采用自制问卷对128位晚期癌症患者的需求进行调查。结果57%的患者希望能最大程度地减轻痛苦达到舒适;79.7%的患者希望知道疾病的治疗、预后、检查等病情信息;85.9%的患者希望由亲人陪伴并给予照顾。对具体照护项目按均值排序依次为饮食营养的指导、沟通交流、镇痛护理、口腔护理、压疮护理、宗教支持。结论晚期癌症患者的需求正是安宁护理所强调的内容,通过为患者提供安宁护理服务可使其需求得到满足,同时在为患者提供安宁护理服务时,要以患者的需求指导安宁护理的实施。

Objective To discuss the necessity of palliative care through the investigation of demand for advanced cancer patients, at the same time let the advanced cancer patients＇ demand to steer the application of palliative care. Methods By questionnaire, the patients with advanced cancer were investigated in hospital, and the data were analyzed by SPSS 11.5. Results 57% of the patients want to alleviate agony and obtain comfort; 79.7% of the patients want to know the information about the diagnosis and therapy; 85.9 % of the patients want their families to string along with them and take care of them. The rank of the nursing method according to the mean： the nutrition guidance, the communication, pain management, mouth care, bedsore care, religion support. Conclusion The demand of the patients is exactly the part what the palliative care emphasize, the patients＇ demand could be met through the application of the palliative care, at the same time let the patients＇ demand steer the application of palliative care.
