米非司酮配伍米索前列醇终止12～16周妊娠临床分析

Clinical Observation of Two Methods in Termination of 12～16 Weeks Pregnancy

[目的]探讨米非司酮配伍米索前列醇用于终止妊娠的临床效果。[方法]选择120例孕12～16周要求终止妊娠的妇女,随机分为A、B两组,A组用利凡诺,B组用米非司酮配伍米索前列醇,观察其有效率、胎儿排出时间、阴道流血量及副作用。[结果]米非司酮配伍米索前列醇组引产有效率明显高于利凡诺组,两组相比差异有显著性(P<0.01)。阴道出血量两组比较无差异(P>0.05),A组流产时间少于B组,两组比较差异有显著性(P<0.001)。副反应均不明显。[结论]米非司酮配伍米索前列醇应用于终止12～16周妊娠效果良好。

[Objective]To explore the clinical effect of two methods in termination pregnancy.[Methods]120 women who required to terminate 12～16 weeks pregnancy were divided into 2 groups randomly.The success incidence of induction of labor,bleeding during labor,in the time periods of delivery after different administrations,side-effect were observed in 2 groups respectively.[Results]The success incidence of induction labor,group B showed significant difference compared with group A.The amount of bleeding showed no difference among them.The group A had shorter time periods of delivery after different administrations than group B,there were significant differences between the 2 groups.Both of them had fewer side effects.[Conclusion]Mefepristone combined with misoprostol is an effective method in the termination of 12～16 weeks pregnancy.
