摘要
目的探讨郑州市不同特征护士工作压力源现状。方法采用信度较高的护士工作压力源量表调查郑州市某医院女性护士的工作压力状况,采用描述性研究方法分析不同护士特征工作压力源分布状况。结果护士的工作压力多为中等强度,其中工作量及时间分配、护理专业方面的压力最大;不同年龄、学历、职称及科室的护士工作压力差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应采取有针对性的护士工作压力管理和激励策略,以降低护士工作压力。
Objective To study the job stress sources among clinical nurses with different characteristics in a hospital in Zhengzhou. Methods It mainly adopted the job stress source questionnaire of high reliability which was used commonly to investigate the work stress of the female nurses from a hospital in Zhengzhou. Then the distribution of job stress sources among nurses with different characteristics was analyzed. Results Most of the job stress was mid-intensity. The first and foremost work stress sources of nurse in Zhengzhou were problems of time distribution, nursing work load and nursing subject. Work stress of nurses with different age, academic career, job title and department were different statistically (P〈0. 05). Conclusion Management and motivation strategies should be put forward to alleviate nurses' job stress.
