粗针治疗第三腰椎横突综合征临床疗效观察

Thick Needle Treat Third Lumbar Transverse Processes Syndrome

[目的]探讨粗针治疗第三腰椎横突综合征的疗效。[方法]将85例第三腰椎横突综合征患者随机分为研究组45例和对照组40例,研究组予粗针治疗;对照组予中医推拿治疗,疗程各为20天。[结果]两组治疗后研究组有效率93.3%,对照组有效率80%,有显著性差异(P<0.01),研究组较对照组复发率低(P<0.01)。[结论]粗针治疗第三腰椎横突综合征是安全可行的,较中医推拿治疗取效迅速,疗效持久。

[Objective] To explore the cure effect of thick needle on third lumbar transverse processes syndrome.[Method] Randomly divide 85 cases into research group 45 and control group 40,the research group takes thick needle;the other one takes TCM massage,both for 20d.[Result] The observation group had total effective rate 93.3%,control one 80%,there＇s marked difference between them;the observation group had lower recurrence rate than control one.[Conclusion] It is safe and available to treat third lumbar transverse processes syndrome with thick needle,with quicker and longer cure effect than massage.
