中药饮片统一加工炮制中的问题与对策

The Problems and Countermeasures of Processing the Prepared Slices of Chinese Crude Drugs Used for Drafting 2010 Edition of Chinese Pharmacopoeia

为保证《中国药典》2010年版一部中药饮片质量标准起草用样品的规范性、代表性及可溯源性,国家药典委员会决定对中药饮片标准起草用样品实行统一加工炮制。在具体的中药原药材检验、加工炮制工作中遇到了一些问题。虽有部分问题(如王不留行、水蛭的炒制方法等)在实际操作中得到解决,但仍存在诸多问题并未能得到有效解决,针对这些问题笔者提出了相应的解决思路,以期进一步推动相关工作的开展。

In order to ensure the specification and representative and traceability of Chinese herbal pieces drafted for 2010 edition of ＂Chinese Pharmacopoeia＂,Chinese Pharmacopoeia Commission decided to carry out united process of Chinese herbal pieces which were used for drafting Chinese Pharmacopoeia.Some problems were encountered in specific testing,processing.Although part of problems（such as the stir-frying methods of semen vaccaria and hirudo,etc.）were solved in specific operations,but many problems still have not been effectively resolved.Author proposes the corresponding idea to solve these problems in order to advance further related work.
