摘要
[目的]探讨郁金提取物对小鼠的镇痛作用。[方法]采用醋酸扭体法,比较各组小鼠的平均扭体次数。[结果]郁金提取物中剂量组能明显抑制小鼠平均扭体次数,与空白组比较(P<0.01)。[结论]郁金提取物对小鼠具有显著的镇痛作用。
[Objective]To discuss the analgesic effects of Radix Curcuma extracts on mice.[Method]The writhing tests were adopted to observe the mice writhing times.[Results]The Radix Curcuma extracts middle-dose group can obviously inhibit the mice average writhing times,with statistically significant differences in comparison to contral group,P0.01.[Conclusion]Radix Curcuma extracts had great analgesic effects on mice.
