国外艾滋病患者人权保障与立法制度

Human Rights and Legislation of Patients with AIDS in Foreign Country

对美国、英国等国艾滋病患者人权保障法律制度的立法状况进行分析,国外艾滋病患者相关立法具有以下特征:将反歧视纳入制度设计目的之中,公共卫生立法体现人权制度,等等。由此,我国与艾滋病相关的立法应该汲取经验,完善宪法内容,加强反歧视立法,制定艾滋病专门法律。

This chapter introduces the AIDS legislation and experiences in USA and British. Their legislations have the following features such as antidiscrimination was designed in its aims and human health laws. Therefore, we should perfect our constitution, strengthen antidiscrimination for AIDS.
