医学生科研创新能力培养的现状及其对策

面对国家人才发展战略,高校必须主动培养科研创新型人才。医学院校学生科研创新能力培养的现状还不容乐观。为此,要加强科研训练,成立学生科研组织,把对学生的科研要求制度化,建立合理的学术评价制度,明确以科研促教学的培养模式。这样,有利于增强学生的科研意识,有利于培养学生的团队精神,更有利于提高学生的科研创新能力。

The high school should reply to the tragedy of our country, and develop the talent in the creation of the scientific research. In the medical school, the adopting status in the creation of the scientific research isn＇t still optimistic. So, we should strengthen the leading and training to the scientific research and organize and systemize the students＇scientific research in order to promote teaching. To the students, it is useful to reinforce the notion of the scientific research, develop the consciousness of the league and improve the ability in the creation of the scientific research.
