含间隙运动副的汽车转向机构碰撞接触分析

摘要 借助多体动力学分析软件ADAMS建立了含有转向机构间隙影响的某矿用汽车仿真模型,分析研究了含运动副间隙的转向机构在转向过程中的碰撞接触特性,即横拉杆与转向梯形臂之间的运动副间隙及转向梯形臂和悬架之间的运动副间隙的碰撞接触特性。前者的运动副间隙采用空间圆柱铰模型,后者的运动副间隙采用平面圆柱铰模型。此外,还分析了运动副摩擦力对碰撞接触力的影响。研究结果为汽车转向机构动力学特性分析提供了参考。 It builds a steering mechanism with clearance simulation model by ADAMS, analyzes the impact on steering mechanism with clearance during steering course. The clearances include two types: One is ctearance between steering trapezoid arm and tie- rod that is space cylinder joint model, the other is clearance between steering trapezoid arm and suspension that is planar cylinder joint model. Furthermore, it illustrates the rela- tion on joint friction and impact. The method can be referred in vehicle steering mechanism dynamics research.
