摘要
有限元模态分析和试验模态分析方法是辨识车辆结构动态性能的一种有效手段。为分析自卸汽车铝合金车箱的动态特性,建立了以板壳单元为基本单元的车箱有限元分析模型,应用HyperMesh有限元分析软件计算了该车箱在自由状态下的模态参数。建立了车箱模态试验系统,进行车箱模态试验,提取了模态参数。计算结果与试验结果对比分析表明,所建立的有限元模型和采用的分析方法是可行的。
Modal FEA and test modal analysis is an effective means of identifying the structure of vehicle dy- namic performance. In order to analyze the dynamic performance of the box of dump truck, it establishes the FEA modal and the test modal system of the box with the basic plate elements. Based on the software Hyper- mesh, it calculates the free vibration modal parameters, and completes the modal test and modal parameter of the box. The comparison between simulation results and experimental modal confirms that the FEM modal is reliable and the modal could be used to improve the design of the frame.
