摘要
针对具有批量折扣的多供应商进行了采购策略优化。首先应用层次分析法,建立了供应商评价体系,选出信用等级高的供应商,然后根据采购成本最低原则,建立采购数学模型,并应用遗传算法编制求解程序。最后通过实例验证了该方法的有效性。
Aiming at the multi - supplier with volume discount, it puts forward a new method to optimize the procurement strategy. Based on analytic hierarchy process, it establishes a new evaluation system of suppliers to select the best one. According to the lowest cost of purchasing, it develops a mathematical model of pro- curement and designs the genetic algorithm to optimize the project. The example valids the effectiveness of the method.
