摘要
目的了解社区护理主导的健康教育-有氧运动-心理矫正-合理饮食-医务监督(EOPNS)干预对单纯性肥胖儿童的影响。方法对吉首市城区某初中46例单纯性肥胖症女学生采用社区护理代办点主导,学校-社区-家庭联合实施的EOPNS干预,为期4个月。结果干预前后单纯性肥胖症初中女学生体重指数、腰围比较,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论社区护理主导的EOPNS干预能改善单纯性肥胖症初中女学生的重要体质指标和身体形态指标。
Objective To explore the impact of community nursing oriented education, aerobic exercise, psychological correction, nutrition control, surveillance （EOPNS） intervention on junior school girls with simple obesity. Methods Community nursing oriented EOPNS intervention, which combined school, community and family, was conducted to 46 obese girls in junior school of Jishou for 4 months. Results The values of BMI and waist circumference of the subjects showed significant differences before and after intervention （P〈0.05 for both）. Conclusion Community nursing oriented EOPNS intervention can improve index of body quality and figure shape of junior school girls with simple obesity.
